Schedule

A timer that runs an agent or flow automatically — daily digests, hourly syncs.

What a schedule is

Schedules turn the pod from reactive to proactive. Pick an agent or flow, set when it should run, and it shows up under "Upcoming" on the pod home. Anything you find yourself asking for repeatedly is a schedule waiting to be created.

Reach for it when

  • You ask for the same report, sync, or sweep on a rhythm.
  • Work should start at a time, not from a message.
  • A flow needs to run nightly, hourly, or every Monday morning.

Put the pod on a rhythm

    Open Schedules and create one: pick what runs (an agent or workflow).

    Choose when: a cadence, or a custom cron expression.
  3. 3
    Optionally add a condition so it stands down when there is nothing to do.
  4. 4
    Check the pod home — the next run appears under Upcoming.
