Concept

Sharing

Who can see and use a resource: private, pod members, or the whole organization.

What a sharing is

Every resource — agent, table, app, file — carries its own visibility. Private means only you; pod means everyone in this pod; organization means anyone in your org. This is about people. What an agent itself is allowed to touch is a separate thing — its access scope.

Reach for it when

  • A resource should stay private while you draft it.
  • A table holds data only some people should see.
  • An app or agent is ready for the whole organization.

Share deliberately

  1. 1
Open any resource and use the Share button.
  2. 2
Pick the level: private (you), pod (members of this pod), or organization.
  3. 3
Remember this controls people. What an agent can touch is its access scope — set separately.

Where it lives

The Share button on every resource — agents, tables, apps, files.
